Upon graduation from the Chrysler College Automotive Program (CAP), the CAP student is employed by the sponsoring dealership full-time. Research has shown that 10 years after graduation 70% of CAP graduates are still employed at a Chrysler dealership, 40% of those are employed at their sponsoring dealers.

Local Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep Service Center The automotive service industry has taken on a new sophistication, one that requires advanced technical training and computer literacy. To be successful in today’s automotive service industry technicians must have:
  • Strong computer, business and math skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Above average mechanical aptitude.
  • Process thinking skills.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions as well as manual dexterity.
